H.E Abdulrahman Saif Al Ghurair

Chairman

Active in pearl diving and trading since the early decades of the 20th century, the Al Ghurair family formalized its business activities with

the creation of Al Ghurair Group in 1960. At that time Dubai was undergoing great economic and commercial growth.

Mr. Abdul Rahman Saif Al Ghurair took over as Chairman of the Group in 2010, and the pace of change accelerated over the past decades with the

Group leveraging its technical know-how to set up international operations in the Middle East, Africa, Australia, Europe and North America.

Group and Family Interests include aluminum, real estate, banking, finance, and packaging. Assets owned by the family include the Burjuman Shopping

Mall, National Cement Factory, the downstream aluminum facility Gulf Extrusions, Mashreq Bank and Oman Insurance Company.

Mr. Abdulrahman served as a Chairman of Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of the Commercial Bank of Dubai. He is a member

of Dubai Council for Economic Affairs, and served BOD memberships in Mashreq Bank, Oman Insurance Company,

National Cement Company, Otis Elevator Company Middle East and AL Etihad Credit Bureau.

H.E Mohammad Abdullah Al Ghurair

Acting Chairman

Graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering, Mr. Mohammed Al Ghurair currently serves as the General Manager of

National Cement Company. In addition, he served as the Chairman of Dragon for almost 10 years, Mr. Alghurair currently sits

on the BOD of Saudi International Petrochemical Company and served as a member of the Board of Directors for many

companies including Emirates National Oil Company, Mashreq bank and Oman Insurance Company.

Shaikha Abdulrahman Al Ghurair

Vice Chairman and Group Managing Director

Besides serving as a member of the BOD for Raqmiyat, Trigon, Alghurair Exchange, Steel Engineering Development,

National Cement Company and Otis LLC, Shaikha as a Group Vice Chairman, brings with her vast experience on

providing advice to businesses on critical strategic, operational, and financial matters.

Her natural affinity for cultivating relationships and her applied qualities of integrity, credibility, and passion for progress, steered

the group into vast operational improvements and implementation of best practices. Being known as a versatile and effective leader,

Shaikha operates with a high level of integrity and professional values

Saeed Mohammad Al Ghurair

Business Units Managing Director

With a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Hannover– Germany, Saeed Al Ghurair since taking over as the managing

director of Raqmiyat, Trigon and Alghurair Exchange, demonstrated sound leadership in not only managing the existing business portfolios,

but also effectively growing a presence across the region including Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, and India.

Nabil Al Ouf

Group Chief Financial Officer

Graduated with a BS degree in Business Administration from Concordia University (USA) and MS Degree in Finance from Portland State

University (USA), and with continued executive education at Harvard Business School (USA), Nabil has over 30 years of solid experience

across multiple business environments. He possesses rich depth of experience gained from within different industries including Oil & Gas,

Food & Beverage, Trading, Retail, Manufacturing, and HealthCare.

Nabil held C suite positions with global and regional firms such as Nihon Kohen America, AWI International, Al Ghurair Group and Dragon

Oil Holdings- Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC).

Nabil is a Certiﬁed Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), holds Certifications in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA),

Certified in Risk Based Audit (CRBA), and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).

Mohammad Abdulrahman Al Ghurair

Mohammad Abdulrahman Alghurair joined the BOD in January of 2021. Graduated with a BS degree in Business Administration

from Suffolk University, USA, Mohammad looks forward to enabling the group in pursuing profitable and strategic investments,

de-risk balance sheets of businesses and forecast potential opportunities.

Khalid Abdulrahman Al Ghurair

Joined the BOD in January of 2021. Graduated with a BA degree in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University,

USA, Khaled looks forward to enhancing group product development and distribution, creating and implementing marketing strategies,

liaising with company stakeholders, and managing group social media activity.
